
The Sales and Marketing area consists of four different streams:
- Next Generation Sales and Marketing
- Strategic Account Management
- Value Selling
- Customer Insight
The Sales and Marketing area is provided by Professor Kaj Storbacka. Professor Storbacka serves as the chairman of the consultancy company Vectia Ltd., as well as holding a chair in marketing at the Hanken School of Economics in Finland. He has more than 25 years of experience as a strategy consultant to major international firms and is a frequent speaker at international conferences.
